Edit Light Probes button is stuck in an active state upon pressing it
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project or download the attached one
2. Select Light Probe Group in the Hierarchy panel
3. Press Edit Light Probes button in the Inspector
4. Attempt to disable light probe editing by pressing the button again
5. Notice that the button remains stuck in an active state
Notes:
- The only way to mitigate this issue is to deselect the entire light probe group
- Reproduces on 2019.1.0a14, 2019.2.0a1
