Edges of screen tearing and visual flickering when drawing DOTS Editor Gizmos
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached Project "UnityPhysicsSamples20202b9GizmosDraw"
2. Open Scene "Assets/Demos/4. Joints/4a. Joins Parade"
3. Press Play
4. Enable Gizmos in Game View
Expected result: Gizmos are drawn and displayed properly
Actual result: The edges of the Game View start tearing and the Gizmos are flickering and laggy
Reproducible with: 0.8.2-preview, 0.9.0-preview.1 (2020.1.14f1), 0.10.0-preview, 0.11.0-preview.3 (2020.2.0b13)
Could not test with: 2018.4, 2019.4, 2021.1 (Compiler errors)
