[ECS] Transform.Position values reset to 0 after changing it when Entities package is used
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached Unity project "Copy Transform Error"
2. Load "SampleScene" scene
3. Select Demonstration GameObject
4. Change Position value
Expected result: Positions value changes.
Actual result: Position value stays 0.
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a6, 2019.1.0b5, 2018.3.0f2, 2018.2.2.1f1.
Reproduced in packages: 0.0.12 - preview.(2-8), 0.0.12 - preview.(17-24).
Not reproduced in packages: 0.0.12 - preview.(11-16).
