[ECS] Entity with CompositeScale does not scale around ScalePivot
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "TestProject.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Observe "compositeScaleCube" Entity's scaling
Expected result: "compositeScaleCube" scales around (1,1,1) pivot
Actual result: "compositeScaleCube" scales around its origin
Reproducible with: 0.17.0-preview.41 (2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.1f1)
Could not test with: 2018.4.34f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2021.2.0a12 (package errors break project)
