[DynamicBatching] Particle systems are shown as batched in the frame debugger but are not drawn in a single batch
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (particles_batch.zip)
2. Open 'Profiler' and focus 'Rendering' tab
3. Open and play 'particles' scene
4. Open 'Frame Debugger' and click 'Enable'
5. Notice there are 3 batches shown as expected
6. Check 'Rendering' tab in the profiler and see that there are 6 'Draw Calls' reported
Also tested on OSX Standalone and iOS players with a GPU frame capture, every particle system seem to be drawn separately instead of batching them and drawing together.
