Dynamic Mesh building with NavMeshSurfaces with different area types: area types are not taken into account
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Open scene "demoDynamicNavMeshBuilding"
3. Notice that game object "Section1" has default area set to "Walkable" while "Section2" is "LessWalkable"
4. Play the scene and go to scene view
5. Notice areas are not taken into account
Expected result: areas should bake their own set area
Reproduced in: 2018.1.0a6, 2017.3.0b11, 2017.2.0p4, 2017.1.2p3, 5.6.4p3
