[DXR] Scene view renders black artifacts when Scene contains Reflection Probes and DXR is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "DXRArtifacts"
2. Open the Sample Scene
3. Move the Camera around the Scene
4. Observe the Scene window
Expected result: Sample Scene is rendered normally with no visual artifacts
Actual result: Black artifacts start appearing when camera is moved
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a21(9.0.0-preview.33, 10.0.0-preview.27, 10.0.0-preview.33)
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.7f1(7.4.1), 2020.1.1f1(8.2.0), 2020.2.0a21(9.0.0-preview.13)
Could not test with: 2018.4.26f1(DXR was not yet available)
Notes:
1. The issue disappears when "Reflection Probes" GameObject is disabled
