DX9 stops whole player loop when in background / locked PC / screensaver (lost device)
When running a fullscreen game on DX9, alt-tabbing away or having screensaver / locked machine means
the game is not running at all. Even when "run in background" is checked.

- Drag-select in Prefab Mode selects GameObjects with Gizmos in any loaded scene
- Hierarchy ping effect rendering is offset
