[DX12] Title crashes when entering (exclusive) fullscreen mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open any project
2. Enable exclusive sullscreen in "Resolution and Presentation" tab in Player settings
3. Run using dx12 in Windowed mode
4. Switch to fullscreen by pressing alt+tab
5. Crash (see the outputlog attached)
Note, that on DX11 title doesn't crash, but title isn't completely fullscreen (https://gyazo.com/897a4b4c26b1812fef5054efe9451626)
