[DX12] Teleporter Demo player crashes in DX12
Teleporter demo player (from cloud build) crashes when forced into DX12
Repro Steps:
1) Unrar attached player and run with command line argument "-force-d3d12"
2) Notice crash

Latest issues
- TextMeshPro Shader "Mask" field does not update in Inspector when changing value
- Changing URP settings when a Shader Graph is open throws errors and renders the opened Shader Graph Asset useless
