[DX12] Nothing is being rendered when using Alt+Enter to maximize a resized windowed player
How to reproduce:
1) Create a new Unity project
2) In Project Settings set Direct3D 12 as the primary graphics API for Windows
3) In Resolution and Presentation settings check the 'Resizable window' checkbox
4) Build and run the project
5) When the project starts in full screen press Alt + Enter to force windowed mode
6) Resize the window and press Alt + Enter again to force full screen
Expected result: no rendering issues are present
Actual result: nothing gets rendered, a black screen is displayed
Reproducible with: 2020.2.7f1, 2021.1.0b6, 2021.1.0b9, 2021.2.0a4, 2021.2.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.32f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.2.6f1, 2021.1.0a1, 2021.1.0b1
Could not test with: 2021.1.0b2, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a3(couldn't switch to resolution error)
