[DX12][Multi-Display][Nvidia] Build Crashes Windows and Restarts when Default Monitor is Changed

Reproducible with:

5.4.0f3
Reproduction Steps:
(Attention!: Windows will completely crash and your system will restart.)
1- Download reproduction project(850372_5.4.2p3.zip).
2- Build and Run project as Windows Standalone.
3- Change display (Select monitor->Choose something other than the first display.)
4- Hit Play!
Expected Result: Game will use second display as main display, and will work without problems.
What happens: Windows crashes completely with Stop Code: VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR.
Not Reproducible with:
AMD GPUs.
