[DX12] Grey/black Scene and Game view when graphics API Direct3D12 is used
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Make sure the project uses DX12
3. Observe Scene and Game view
Expected result: Scene and Game view is visible
Actual result: Scene and Game view is grey/black
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2021.1.1f1, 2021.1.8f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.26f1, 2021.1.0f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.1.28f1, 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2
