[DX12 Graphics Jobs] Player crash when switching scene
Steps:
1. Open repro project
2. Build a player with DX12
3. Run the player
-> The first scene is full of shadow casting lights and objects
4. Click Next button to load the next scene
-> Crash
6. Go back to project settings and turn off Graphics Jobs checkbox
7. Repeat step 2 to 4
-> No Crash
