[DX12] Contrast changes while resizing built Unity Player Window in Windowed mode with URP/HDRP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("New Unity Project (12).zip")
2. In Project Settings/Player/Resolution and Presentation check 'Resizable window' and make sure Fullscreen Mode is set to "Windowed"
3. In Project Settings/Player/Other Settings disable the Auto Graphics API for Windows and add Direct3D 12 as the primary API, restart the Editor if prompted
4. Build And Run
5. Press your "Keycode.Alpha3" button
Expected results: Contrast does not change when going fullscreen from windowed mode in the Build
Actual results: Contrast changes when going fullscreen from windowed mode in the Build
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0a6, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b10, 2021.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.22f1, 2020.1.0a5
Could not test with: 2018.4.32f1 (no URP yet)
Notes:
1. 2021.1, 2021.2 when going fullscreen from windowed mode the Player goes all black
2. Only reproduces with DX12
3. Does not reproduce with default Render Pipeline
4. Reproduces with IL2CPP and MONO
