[DX12 Compute Shader] Use RederTexture with format RGB565 and ARGB1555 in compute shader cause crash
Steps:
1. Open repro scene, make sure you are using DX12 editor
2. Hit Play
3. Crash
Note: Open BasicComputeShader.cs to change render texture format. Only RGB565 and ARGB1555 will cause the crash on DX12
Reproducible in : 2018.1.0b7, 2017.3.0b10, 2017.3.0b9, 2017.3.0b2, 2017.2.0p2, 2017.1.2p2, 5.6.4p3
