[DX12][Editor] Changing to Scene view hides Camera and other editor tabs
Steps to repro:
Open unity with DirectX 12 enabled (-allow-d3d12)
Open project.
1. Open scene "Large Scene"
2. Click on the "Scene" tab. (Sometimes it will not allow you, so go to window > Scene)
3. Notice the editor tab disappear,
4. Go to Window > Game to restore it
Tested with Dx11, does not happen.
