[DX11] SAMPLE_DEPTH_TEXTURE returns zero on windows standalone
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "shadow"
3. Make sure that DX11 is enabled
4. Run the scene and notice that shadows being rendered
5. Build and run standalone
6. Notice that scene is completely black
Not reproducible with DX9, OpenGLCore, GLES 3.0
