[DX11] Incorrectly resizing when switching from windowed mode to fullscreen
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project.
2. Build it to windows standalone.
3. Run it with forced dx11.
4. Open in windowed mode, in non-native resolution.
5. Press alt+enter to go fullscreen.
Notice that now the view is drawn as if it's centered not in the center of the screen (like in resoScreen.jpg that the user sent).
