[Win] All shortcut commands in editor don't work if mouse is being moved
To repro:
1. Create new scene
2. Select an object
3. Duplicate it while moving mouse around (Ctrl+D)
4. Notice that duplication doesn't work or does work only sometimes (gif attached)
