Duplicate Array Element and Delete Array Element options are not working for Lists/Arrays
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Create a Cube GameObject
3. Select it, expand the Mesh Renderer > Materials list in the Inspector window
4. Right-click the default material and try to Delete/Duplicate it
Expected result: material is duplicated/deleted
Actual result: nothing happens
Reproducible with: 2021.1.10f1, 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.0a19
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.0a17
