Dropdown UI element throws an exception and doesn't work when 'Reload Scene' is turned off
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached '1230482.zip' project
2. Make sure that 'Enter Play Mode Options (Experimental)' is turned on and 'Reload Scene' is turned off
3. Enter Play mode
4. Click on the drop-down menu
5. Observe the Console Window
Expected result: Options are listed in the drop-down menu and no exceptions are thrown
Actual result: Options are not listed in the drop-down menu and NullReferenceException is thrown
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0b9, 2019.3.8f1, 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2019.3.0b8, 2020.2.0a5
Could not test with: 2017.4.38f1, 2018.4.20f1, 2019.2.21f1 ('Reload Scene' option doesn't exist)
