DrivenRectTransformTracker doesn't render new position of children objects
Repro steps:
1) Open the project and Bug.scene
2) Select Canvas->Flexible Vertical Layout
3) Change Pos X variable
4) Notice that the only the Flexible Vertical Layout element is moving, but the children objects(Buttons) stay in place
5) Stretch the Scene View a little bit
6) Notice the view updates and children objects move
