Drawn mesh using Graphics.DrawMeshInstanced flickers when setting the Camera parameter
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "TestDrawMeshInstance-2021.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter the Play mode
Expected result: The drawn mesh doesn't flicker
Actual result: The drawn mesh flickers
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a2, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.2.0a1, 2022.2.0a9, 2022.2.0a11
