DrawMeshInstancedIndirect fails to render opaque pass when using OpenGL ES with Android
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "InstancingRenderingBugs.zip"
2. Build it to Android
3. Notice that nothing is being Rendered on the Screen
Expected results: Objects are rendered
Actual results: No objects are being rendered
Reproducible with: 2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15

Note: The project crashed with DX12, does not reproduce with Vulkan or DX11. Expected results and results on Android screenshots below. Unable test with 2018.4, the project was braking
