Drawing a full circle with Painter.Arc() has straight edges when preceded by a MoveTo()
Steps to reproduce:
- Using Painter2D(), do a MoveTo(center) and Arc(center, 100, 0, 0360),
- Do a Fill()
Actual results: The circle has straight segments
Expected results: The circle doesn't have straight segments
