dragging touch gesture doesn't update the mouse position
-e: see title, the pos is still the same when you get buttonUp
--same for editor and standalone (tested and repro on 2018.2 + .3)
--no issue on Windows
-repro:
--open project attached to the edit on linux
--play the sample scene
--make a dragging gesture in the scene
--NOTICE the coordinates logged are (almost) the same
