Dragging Prefab on the Scene window overlay makes Prefab not selectable
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "DragAndDropBugReproduce.zip"
2. In the Project window select "TestCube" and drag it on the overlay in the Scene window and drop it
3. Try to select "TestCube" in the Scene window
Expected result: Prefab is moved in the Scene and it's selectable
Actual result: Prefab is moved in the Scene and it's not selectable
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a17, 2021.2.0b17, 2022.1.0a13
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.25f1, 2021.2.0a16
Notes:
- Prefab is not shown in the Hierarchy window after dropping it
