[macOS] Dragging objects into the scene view causes them to flicker
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user attached "DragTest.zip" project
2. Drag the prefab from the Assets folder into the Scene View
Expected result: No flickering
Actual result: Object starts flickering at the point it entered the Scene View
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a10
Not Reproducible: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.25f1, 2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a9
