Drag and drop prefab under parent doesn't zero out new child's position
To reproduce:
1. Open the project I attached
2. Open the scene
3. Click on the prefab in a project view, notice its position coordinates
4. Drag the prefab under the cube object in the hierarchy view
5. Notice that Sphere is put not in the middle of cube.
