Drag and drop blue Highlight marker is stuck when dropped in an invalid position for Input Array
How to reproduce:
1. Open project "ArrayInspectorTest.zip"
2. In the Hierarchy window select "GameObject"
3. In the Inspector window expand the Input Action Array
4. Drag the bottom Array element to the top of the Array
Expected result: Blue highlight marker disappears after dragging the element
Actual result: Blue highlight marker is not disappearing after dragging the element
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b4, 2022.2.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.1.0a10, 2021.1.28f1
Notes:
- In the 3rd step try to expand a few Arrays because the expansion is a little bit broken (this issue is fixed and waiting for review)
