Double clicking and dragging the edge of the neighboring Game and Project windows causes the windows to flicker
To reproduce:
1. In a new project, make sure that the Game window and the Project window are next to each other (see video in edit)
2. Double click on the edge of the Game and Project windows and immediately drag
3. Observe the flickering of the windows
Expected: the windows do not flicker
