DotsRuntimeBuildProfile Component cannot be added to Build Configuration when Platforms Windows Package is installed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "Dots Bug"
2. Create a Build Configuration
3. Try to add DotsRunTimeBuildProfile component
Expected result: Component gets added
Actual result: Object reference not set to an instance of an object error is thrown
Reproducible with: 0.10.0-preview.6 (2020.1.3f1), 0.11.2-preview.1 (2020.11f1), 0.13.0-preview.24 (2020.2.0b9), 0.14.0-preview.19 (2021.1.0a2)
