[DOTS] ParentSystem does not get notified when entities are changed
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "AtlasUnity.zip"
2. Load the Scene "ProductionScene"
3. In the Script "AtlasGameModeControllerSystem.cs" comment out the workaround (code lines 170-179)
4. Enter Play Mode
5. In the Game View click the button "KartHandling"
Expected result: Kart visuals successfully move with the player
Actual result: When the player model moves the kart visuals stay in place
Reproducible with: 0.9.0-preview-1 (2020.2.0b13), 0.10.0-preview (2020.1.15f1, 2020.2.0b13, 2021.1.0a5)
Could not test with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.16f1 (couldn't downgrade due to multiple errors), 2020.2.0b13 (0.11.0-preview.3) due to missing references
Notes:
- The correct behaviour can be seen by skipping the step 3 during reproduction
