.PSD file has black texture when imported to Unity Editor
To reproduce:
1. Open Unity and create new 3D project
2. Import "LW_Tex_Sidewalk_Corner_Broken_Details.psd" to your project
Expected Result: The image is white with black lines
Actual Result: The image is black
Reproduced on Unity 2017.1.2p2, 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p1, 2017.3.0p1 and 2018.1.0b1
Not reproduced on Unity 2017.1.2p1
Regression on Unity 2017.1.2p2

Hello, issue seems to be around in 6.1.14f1, the fix might be a false positive as the issue seems to be inconsistently happening.
