.png files throw "Could not create asset" errors when installing a package from git URL
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Open the Package Manager window
3. Click "+" > "Install package from git URL..."
4. Install the following package: https://github.com/lilxyzw/lilToon.git?path=Assets/lilToon#master
Expected result: The package is installed without errors
Actual result: Multiple errors are thrown in the Console window:
"Could not create asset from Packages/jp.lilxyzw.liltoon/Texture/matcap_metal_realistic.png: File could not be read"
Reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b11, 2023.1.0a14
Reproducible on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)
