.NET 4.6 Windows Standalone Build does not play
To reproduce:
1. Create new project.
2. In Player settings set Scripting Runtime Version to ".NET 4.6".
3. Restart Editor.
4. Open "Build Settings" and press "Build".
5. Open folder with a standalone build and try to play it.
Actual result: It does not start.
Expected result: Stand alone build starts playing.
Reproducible: 2017.1.0a6, 2017.1.0b1
Note: ".NET 4.6" in Player settings was added only in 2017.1.0a6
