[.NET 4.6] Launching a x86 build using .NET 4.6 crashes with error "Failed to load mono"
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Go to file > Build and Run
3. Observe the "Failed to load mono" error when the application launches
Expected result: the build should launch properly
Reproduced in: 2018.1.0b3, 2018.1.0b1
Not reproduced in: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0a7, 2017.3.0p2, 2017.2.1p2
