.DS_Store files are generated when creating a new Windows project
Repro steps:
1. Open affected versions of Unity
2. Create a new project using the 3D template
3. In the File Explorer, open project's Assets folder
Expected result: No .DS_Store files are created
Actual result: .DS_Store file is created
Reproducible with: 2019.3.0a12, 2019.3.0b1, 2020.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.8f1, 2019.3.0a11
Note: .DS_Store file is also created in the Packages folder
