Docking a window in Editor throws a NullReference Exception
To reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Undock any window (Hierarchy)
3. Dock it
Expected result: it docks cleanly
Actual Result: A null reference exception is thrown
Reproduced on: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.3.0a3
Does not reproduce on: 2019.2.0b3, 2019.3.0a1
