"DLSS Supported: False" is being logged in the "Player.log" file when building on Windows with display language set as Turkish
Reproductıon steps:
1. Open the attached "repro_IN-53530.zip" project
2. Open the "OutdoorsScene" Scene
3. Build the project by going to "File > Build Settings...", then pressing the "Build & Run" button
4. Once the project builds, exit the Player, then open the "Player.log" file, located in "C:\Users\[yourUsername]\AppData\LocalLow\DLSS_Bug\repro_IN-53530"
5. In the "Player.log" file, search for "DLSS Supported", and check what boolean value is shown
Expected result: "DLSS Supported: True" is logged in the "Player.log" file
Actual result: "DLSS Supported: False" is logged in the "Player.log" file
