Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project
2. Build project
3. Open builds _Data/Plugins directory
Expected results: Plugins are located in Plugins/x86 or Plugins/x86_64 directory
Actual results: Plugins are located in Plugins directory
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a7, 2019.3.0b5, 2019.2.8f1, 2018.4.10f1
