DLL dependencies are not resolved if the DLLs are stored in seperate folders
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Open the scene
3. Observe "Missing Script" errors on gameObject components
Reproduced on 2017.1.3p1, 2017.2.1p3, 2017.3.1f1, 2018.1.0b6, 2018.2.0a1
Notes:
-After moving the dlls into the same folder again, dependencies are resolved normally
Verified FIXED 2017.4.6f1, 2018.3.0a1, 2018.2.0b8, 2018.1.7f1
