DiscardContents() doesn't discard 3D RenderTexture
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "DefaultScene" and run it
3. Notice that RT isn't cleared
Additional steps:
4. Open script "Clear3dRenderTexture"
5. Change renderTexture.dimension to Tex2D or Tex2dArray
6. Run scene and notice that this time RT is discarded
