Disabling "Hide HUD on Action! startup" setting on "Action!" software results in Unity editor interface not being drawn
How to reproduce:
1. Download and install "Action!" screen recording software provided from "Mirillis"
2. Open its HUD Settings and make sure that "Hide HUD on Action! startup" setting is not checked
3. Create or open Unity project
Expected result: Unity opens, its interface is drawn
Actual result: Unity opens, its interface is not drawn, inconsistent crashes occur
Note: Seems to be reproducible only with Nvidia graphics cards. Reproducible with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960. Not reproducible with AMD Radeon R7 360

Not reproducible with - 2017.4.12f2
