Disabled state of a MonoBehaviour is saved even when the Inspector checkbox is removed
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "Enabled.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select "GameObject"
3. In Inspector window, disable the "Test (Script)" component
4. In Project window, open Assets/Test.cs
5. In Script Editor, comment out lines 12-15
6. Enter Play Mode
7. Observe Console window and the GameObject's script component
Expected result: The script component is enabled
Actual result: The script component is disabled. No indication of it on the script component because the checkbox is missing.
Reproducible with: 2018.4.35f1, 2019.4.27f1, 2020.3.11f1, 2021.1.9f1, 2021.2.0a18
