Disabled 'Pixel Perfect' setting works like it is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create Canvas and a button
2. Add sprite to the button
3. Enable the Pixel perfect setting on Canvas
4. Set Sprite import setting to "point" and "16 bits".
5. Observe that asset is not pixel perfect
6. Disable 'Pixel Perfect' setting on Canvas. The sprite is rendered as expected.
7. Change the setting back and forth to notice the difference
Actual behavior: Disabled 'Pixel Perfect' setting on canvas behaves like it is enabled.
