Disabled Canvas elements are still visible
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open QA's attached project
2. Open scene "Main"
3. Under "Canvas" disable the "Image"
4. Notice that it is still visible
Switching "Canvas" on and off updates the "Image"
Expected result: Image UI elements can be turned on and off
Actual result: Image UI elements are still rendered after turned off
Reproduced with: 2017.3.0f1, 2018.1.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2017.2.0p3, 2017.3.0b11, 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.0a6
