[DirectX12] Crash on launching Unity with DX12 setup on latest Nvidia driver
Reproduction steps:
1. Make sure that the Editor is being opened on an external display (See Notes for how-to)
2. Open any project with this cmd argument "-force-d3d12"
Actual Result: Crash
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a14, 2019.3.0b12, 2019.2.13f1, 2018.4.13f1, 2017.4.35f1
Doesn't repro on PC
Reproduces only on Laptops

After much trial and error, I finally found out *MSI Afterburner* was crashing all my unity projects when I tried to enable D3D12. Also I changed all the graphic settings back to default in control panel and updated drivers several times. Are you running MSI Afterburner or something simular?

Latest issues
- Baked GI loaded by LoadScene call with Additive mode is not cleaned up when unloading the Scene
- "Reflection Probe" borders disappear when interacting with the UI in the Inspector and one of the Reflection Probe editing tools is selected during the Baking process

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
The issue is coming from NVIDIA's side, thus there is nothing from the Unity side to fix regarding this issue.
