DirectX 11 selection issues on certain angles
Steps to reproduce:
1. Use -force-direct3d11 when opening Unity
2. Open user attached project ("SelectionBug")
3. Try selecting the cylinder on various angles and distances
4. Notice that a wall behind is selected instead
Expected result: When selecting an object, the same object should be selected instead of an object behind it
Actual result: When selecting an object, an object behind gets selected
Reproducible in: 2017.1.0b3, 5.6.0p4, 5.5.3p2, 5.5.0f3, 5.5.0b8
Not reproduced in: 5.4.5p1 5.5.0b2, 5.5.0b4, 5.5.0b6, 5.5.0b7
Regression since: 5.5.0b8
